High energy UV curing Fully Automatic Screen Printing Machine For Glass Bottle Up To 2400pcs/Hr
Features:
- Adopts a simple technique to solve the register problem without point positioning. The key is printing with hot-melt high-temperature glass ink, followed by cauterization in a high-temperature oven to integrate the ink with glass. The pattern is firm, allowing repeated bottle washing to reduce environmental pollution and save costs.
- The innovative transmission system enables stable bottle transfer, facilitates quick changeover between different bottle types, and is easy to operate.
- Adopts PLC control and touch screen display, and is equipped with various monitoring systems to ensure the machine operates at high speed and stably.
- Based on product characteristics, the machine can be equipped with functions like automatic loading/unloading and no-bottle no-printing.
- All components are sourced from Germany, the USA and Japan to guarantee machine quality and printing stability.

Application:
The SC1524 is designed for high-precision one-color screen printing on a variety of glass containers, such as high-end wine bottles, industrial beer bottles, beverage bottles, daily glasses, goblets and oil filters. It can also be customized for three-color or four-color printing according to specific customer needs.
Widely used in both domestic (covering major glass packaging hubs) and global markets, the project features small initial investment and quick returns—usually recovering costs within one year. Therefore, it is well accepted by many enterprises.
