Machine Feature
- SRS829 is applicable for screen printing UV inks of various colors, along with hot stamping and other decorative processes, on products of diverse shapes such as bottles, caps and jars. These products can be made from materials including plastic, metal and glass.
- Specifically developed for printing on small containers, this machine features a compact structure and occupies a small area.
- Employing an integrated turntable design, the machine fulfills all printing functions with the same set of fixtures. It boasts a printing accuracy of up to ±0.1 mm and ensures no scratches on the products.
- Powered by a digitally controlled motor, the machine enables 360-degree printing of products. It is also equipped with remote management and service functions, in line with Industry 4.0 standards.
- The machine utilizes electrical components from well-known brands, adopts a PLC control system, and supports easy operation via a touch screen and a wireless tablet, delivering reliable performance.
