Linear Modular Bottle Screen Printer For Plastic Bottles Jars 1-12 Colors
1. Features:
SL1788: This automatic printer can print on cylindrical, oval and square plastic bottles with different colors of UV inks. With more than 1,000 units sold worldwide, it is the most popular machine on the market.
The machine has a modular construction, with each module including flame treatment, screen printing and UV curing functions, and linear connections for up to an 8-color integrated production line.
The machine can be connected to a foil stamping or labeling module for a multifunctional printing line with screen printing plus foil stamping or labeling, or to a visual product inspection module after printing to replace manual inspection.
The bottle feeding conveyor can be directly connected with bottle making equipment or with automatic bottle trimmer to replace manual bottle feeding. After the printing process, the discharge can be connected to the bagging machine to save labor.
