Fully Automatic Screen Printing Chain Machine for Liqour / Wine / Beer Glass Bottle and oil filter
Application:
SC1524 is specially designed for 1 color screen printing on different kinds of glass containers, such as wine bottles, beer bottles, drinking bottle, glasses, goblets and oil filters. It can be designed to print three colors or four colors according to your need. It is widely used both domestic and global market. The project requires very small investment and ensure quick payback. So it is accepted by many companies.
Features:
1. It uses a very simple technique to settle registration problem without positioning point. The key technique is to print with hot melted high temperature glass ink, then burn in a high temperature oven so that the ink merges with the glass. The image is firm and bottle can be washed repeatedly to prevent environmental pollution and save costs.
2. The innovative transmission system is very steady in passing the bottles, easy to shift between different types of bottles, easy to operate.
3. Controlled by PLC and touch screen display, with kinds of monitor system to ensure the machine running stable at high speed.
4. According to the characteristics of products, this machine can be equipped with kinds of functions such as automatic loading and unloading, non-printing without bottles, etc.
5. All components are from German, USA and Japan to ensure the machine quality and stability of printing.
6. Three languages such as Chinese, English and Spanish supported.
