Application:
SPG1080 is designed for printing the 3D glass for smart phones, smart watches, tablet computers, wearable intelligent products, instrument panels and so on.
Comparison with traditional Spraying exposure way, pad printing for 3D glass cover has below advantages:
1. No speckle because only do pad printing on the frame, not the whole glass.
2. No ink overflowing
3. The printing thickness only 8μm, no bubbles
4. The printing color won't peel off when fall down.
5. No need to worry about the strightness accuracy of the printing.
Product Features:
This machine directly contacts the marked area of 3D glass for ink printing by means of rubber head pad printing, comprises a frame, a rubber head pad printing device arranged on the frame, an ink conveying device and a curing device, and the rubber head pad printing device is used for ink printing of the marked area of 3D glass;
The ink conveying device has a conveying path and makes an ink cup move along the conveying path;
The curing device can heat the ink applied on the adhesive head pad printing device to cure.
